Principal’s Welcome

As the Principal of CCS I welcome every student, every student in our school will have a unique and individual opportunity to excel. My focus for this school year as a principal is reading, to engage the children and spark their love for books and literature. In a time where technology dominates the focus of our children I believe it is imperative to embark our children into a journey where the love for books is important. A book story can take you places technology can't.

Mission

The mission of Children's Christian School is to help children achieve individual academic success while imparting moral and spiritual training. This biblical approach provides a solid foundation on which students can build their lives and become contributing members of their communities.

Statement of Faith

We believe...

The Bible (the Old & New testament to be the only inspired infallible authoritative Word of God.

That there is one God, the creator of all things who is infinitely perfect and eternally existent in three persons: The Father, The Son & The Holy Spirit.

In Jesus Christ, who is true God and true Man, who is conceived of the Holy Spirit and born of the Virgin Mary. He lived a sinless life and died on the cross as a sacrifice for the sins of all men. He arose bodily form the dead ascended into heaven and is now at the right hand of the Father as our high priest and Advocate. And, we believe in His personal return in power & glory.

That man was created in the image of God, but fell into sin and is therefore lost. That only through regeneration by the Holy Spirit can salvation and spiritual life be obtained. The shed blood of Jesus Christ and His resurrection provide the only grounds for justification and salvation.

That water baptism and the Lord's Supper are ordinances to be observed by believers during the present age. In the baptism of the Holy Spirit with the present-day manifestation of the gifts of the Spirit (1Cor. 12&14, Rom. 12)

In the bodily resurrection of the dead; of the believer to everlasting joy with the Lord and of the unbeliever to judgment and everlasting conscious punishment.

In the spiritual unit of all believers in Christ. The true Church is composed of all those who are born-again. Through this new birth, we are united together in the Body of Christ. Jesus Christ is the Lord and Head of the Church. Every local church has the right under Christ to decide and govern its own affairs.
